STAFF TRAINING


For every Ropes Course and Climbing Tower installation, we include an Operational Staff Training as part of the complete package. Depending on the size and complexity of your Challenge Course, this training will last between two and five days. The training will teach the skills necessary to safely operate and maintain your new course.

 





 

Participant rescue techniques will be included for facilities that have installed a High Ropes Course or Climbing Tower. Additional staff training to fit the special needs of your organization can be arranged and included in the overall project package.
For established programs with a Ropes Course or Climbing Tower, we offer professional staff training programs. With your input, we will design a special training to fit the needs of your program. We can offer everything from a one-day skills re-fresher training to a five-day intensive course that will ensure your staff is 100% ready for your busy season. Often we conduct trainings at the same time we are on site inspecting your course. However, if your staff are not present during this time frame, we can make special arrangements to return at a later date. 

 



In addition to our training designed for Challenge Course programs, we offer staff training for programs and schools that offer Rock Climbing. Training in rock site management, anchor building, and instructor safety skills are offered in 2-4 day formats.
