PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our Challenge Courses and Climbing Towers are guaranteed to meet all current Association of Challenge Course Technology standards for a period of one year. If industry standards change within a year's time, we will upgrade your course at no cost (except that of travel expenses). Our first priority is the safety of your program. Yearly safety inspections performed by AEC will continue your warranty coverage for each additional year. 

Our product warranty coverage includes all of the equipment and materials we supplied for use in the installation of your course. (Wood products, materials supplied by the client, and hardware/rope products that have been subjected to excessive, abusive or improper use, are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any work preformed by the client and/or an outside contractor is not covered).
 

LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Adventure Education Consulting, LLC, (AEC) cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, abuse, proper or improper use of equipment or activities installed by AEC staff. The purchaser or user of these products is responsible for obtaining proper instruction to assure safety for participants on the course. The activities and equipment that are used can be hazardous if used incorrectly. Proper training, instruction and good judgment with equipment and activities are needed before any activity is attempted. It is the responsibility of those using or facilitating a challenge course to seek proper instruction in its use.
